PVC Rigid Standard pack
This grade is highly suitable for packing tablets and capsules. The most common thickness used in the pharmaceutical industry is 0.25mm or 250 microns, which is consistently delivered in this grade. It is the most economical and recommended grade for blister pack applications.

PVC Rigid G1 grade
The G1 grade film has a thickness of 0.35 mm or 350 microns. It is specifically designed for packing soft gelatin capsules, and it is chemically formulated to be processed at lower temperatures. This formulation helps retain a higher GSM (grams per square meter) on the blister form, ensuring enhanced safety for the soft gelatin capsules.

PVC Rigid Toughpack
Being thicker in gauge this grade provides the highest gsm . typically between 0.40-0.50mm is the customer choice for packing ointments , injectables , medical devices , iv catheters , vials and ampoules . The impact strength of this material is higher allowing it to take deep thermoforming and perform excellently on deep shape packing .
